Arcana

Arcana is a holistic healing studio in Portland's Old Port offering massage, energy work, tarot and psychic readings, and other holistic treatments in two rooms with heated tables, air purifiers, and aroma and light therapy. Massage sessions blend Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point and neuromuscular techniques tailored to each client, and Reiki and polarity sessions are also available. Readings include individual, couple and small group options.

Appointments are needed for treatments, and the studio asks for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule, since late changes can be charged in full. Some practitioners offer sliding scale rates for those who cannot afford full massage costs, and after-hours appointments are available when open, booked through the front desk by phone. The shop is on Market Street in the Old Port and is open seven days a week during the day.
