Lotus Management

Lotus Management is a Portland, Maine property manager that rents apartments and looks after the homes it manages. Founded in 2009, the firm positions itself as a smaller alternative to the larger property managers in the Portland area, with an emphasis on personal service and prompt maintenance.

Prospective tenants can review viewings, applications, rental requirements and pet policies before they apply, and the application process includes co-signer details and holding deposit information. Current tenants use a resident portal for rent payments, maintenance guidance, parking questions and move-out answers.
