Health Coaches

Health Coaches is a fitness and wellness center at Stevens Square Community Center in Deering Center, Portland. It offers personal training, group fitness and yoga classes, aquatics classes, and personalized wellness, nutrition and health coaching for people of all ages, backed by a fitness and clinical background.

The facility includes a fitness studio with cardiovascular, strength and functional equipment, an outdoor training park, an indoor saltwater pool, and an adjacent gymnasium. Pool rentals and special programs are also available. The building is shared with a full gymnasium for basketball, pickleball and volleyball, a massage business, a cafe, a 480-seat auditorium, and a full-service childcare center.
