Grace O'Brien / Realtor

Grace O'Brien is a licensed broker and Realtor with Gardner Real Estate Group who works with buyers and sellers of homes, condos and raw land across Maine. She started in real estate in 2018 after a long career in the hospitality industry, and many of her clients are first-time buyers or families who have come back to her when it was time to upsize, downsize or move on.

She works with clients on both sides of a sale, and past clients describe her as patient, responsive and clear about each step of the process, including mortgage and closing. Her office is in the Arts District of downtown Portland, and she lives in Falmouth. Clients have described her help with out-of-state buyers, including connecting them with local contractors.
