C2 Congress Squared is a contemporary American restaurant and bar inside the Westin Portland Harborview hotel on High Street. The seasonal menu draws on Maine producers, and the bar takes craft cocktails seriously, pouring local spirits alongside Maine beers and wine. Breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner are all served.
Happy hour runs in the afternoon and early evening with small plates designed for the bar. Pre-theatre bites and pairings are built for guests heading to the State Theatre, which is right next door. Tables can be reserved online. Friday and Saturday evenings run later, with dinner until 11 PM.
