Bella Vita Counseling

Bella Vita Counseling is the private therapy practice of Dr. Elyse Corbett, a licensed psychologist. She works with adults on concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship and family problems, grief and loss, and adjustment or transition issues, as well as clarifying goals for learning disorders or ADHD. Her approach is relational, drawing on mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal process and humanistic techniques depending on what a client needs.

New clients can book a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation to talk through their goals and see whether she is a good fit. Testing services are also offered. The office is at 251 Woodford Street in Portland, Maine. Dr. Corbett grew up in Portland and returned to the area after doctoral training away.
