Accelerated Counseling

Accelerated Counseling is a counseling practice led by Svetla Popova, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. The practice focuses on trauma, grief, PTSD, anxiety, phobias and depression, combining talk therapy with energy-based methods such as EMDR, EFT, IADC and Reiki. Clients often come in for stress, competition anxiety, loss of a partner or career, and lingering fear after painful events.

Sessions can be held remotely by video from home, and appointments are booked by phone or through the website's contact form. Svetla practices in Portland, Maine, and the office hours listed are weekdays from 9 AM to 5 PM.
