Stryker

Stryker is a medical technology company that makes surgical and medical equipment, including implants for hips and knees, robotic-arm assisted joint replacement technology, neurosurgical and spine products, endoscopy systems, and emergency care equipment. Its product lines are grouped under Acute Care, Communications, Emergency Care, Endoscopy, Joint Replacement, Neurosurgical, Orthopaedics, Neurotechnology and Vascular, and it sells to hospitals and surgeons rather than the general public.

The worldwide headquarters is on Stryker Way in Portage, Michigan, with a separate shared services location at the same address. The company also has manufacturing sites and sales offices in many other countries, so a neighbor's contact with Stryker is most likely through a hospital or a sales representative rather than a walk-in visit.
