Heidis Grooming

Heidi's Grooming is a dog grooming business in Portage, offering full-service grooms in an open grooming facility. The work centers on keeping each dog calm and comfortable through the visit, with a focus on safe, kind handling. Many of its clients have groomed with the shop for years, and a good share of new customers come by referral.

Puppies are part of the regular business, and the shop offers introductory visits that make a first groom less stressful for young dogs. Clients who come in every few weeks can keep a regular schedule, and earlier times are available by prior arrangement. The shop is closed on weekends, but calls and texts are taken during the work week to set up appointments.
