Satterfield Builders

Satterfield Builders is the home building division of Satterfield Realty & Development, a family business that started in 1937 and has been run by four generations of the family. It specializes in new home construction and sales, and has developed thousands of residential building lots in the Pocatello area. Buyers can choose from hundreds of plans the company has designed over the years or bring their own.

Homes come with a number of standard smart home features, with optional upgrades available. The in-house drafting team can design new plans, and buyers get a client portal for selections, upgrades, financing, documents and photos. Quick move-in homes are listed on the company's website. The office is in Pocatello.
