Property management in Pocatello

Property management businesses look after rental property for the people who own it. They often handle finding and screening tenants, collecting rent, arranging repairs and keeping records, and many also rent out apartments and townhomes directly. Some work with residential owners, others with commercial buildings, and a few offer storage for RVs and boats. When you are choosing one in Pocatello, ask how they screen applicants and how quickly they respond to maintenance requests, and get their fee structure in writing, including any charges for leasing or repairs. Calling ahead to ask about availability for the type of property you own or need will save you a trip.
