Poky Homes

Poky Homes sells factory-built manufactured homes and park models, including single-wide, double-wide and duplex floor plans in several series. Its floor plans range from small single-section homes with two bedrooms to a 4-bedroom double-wide, and the company offers customizable paint, siding, cabinets, countertops, flooring and fixtures. The homes are built off-site in a climate-controlled factory to federal HUD code.

The sales lot is on South 4th Avenue in Pocatello, and buyers can walk through homes on the lot or call ahead. The team helps buyers explore financing and review whether a home can go on their own land, which depends on local zoning and utility access. Starting prices are listed on each floor plan page, and land, site preparation, delivery, installation and permits may be extra. The company also has a second location in Idaho Falls.
