Sierra Poppe, LMFT

Sierra Poppe, LMFT is a licensed psychotherapist whose practice centers on addiction and substance abuse, along with a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief and relationship stress. She works with individuals, adolescents and families, and much of her earlier work has been in high schools and adolescent residential treatment programs.

Sessions are individual, teen or family, and the focus is on building coping skills and healthy communication. Sierra does not take insurance directly but provides monthly billing statements for clients to submit for reimbursement, and accepts cash, checks, Zelle or Venmo. Her hourly rate is $175. The office is at Fourth Street in Petaluma.
