Dr. Patrick MacLeamy & Associates Psychological Assessment, Inc.

Dr. Patrick MacLeamy & Associates is a psychological assessment practice led by licensed psychologist Patrick MacLeamy, Psy.D., who has practiced independently in the North Bay since 2011. The team specializes in autism assessments for children and adults, including those with other neurodivergent traits, and also offers psychological testing, developmental assessments and ADHD screening. Dr. MacLeamy previously conducted diagnostic evaluations at the Kaiser Permanente Autism Spectrum Disorders Center in San Francisco.

Visits are by appointment only, and the office has no regular walk-in hours, so paperwork and reports are best requested by email at admin@drmacleamy.com or by phone. Telehealth appointments are available and payments can be made online. The practice is in-network with Partnership HealthPlan of California and, through Catalight Care Services, Kaiser Permanente, but only for autism assessments. Other insurance plans are out of network, though the office can provide a superbill for reimbursement. The practice is in Petaluma.
