Elaine Daly, MFT

Elaine Daly is an integrative therapist in downtown Petaluma who works with individuals, couples and families. Her practice draws on Somatic Psychotherapy, with an emphasis on healing from early attachment wounding and trauma, and she brings mindfulness and body-oriented work into sessions. She reports help with depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, PTSD symptoms and grief, and she has completed Level 1 and 2 training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.

New clients can book a free 20-minute phone consultation to talk through what they are looking for and see whether it is a good fit. Her office is at 159 Kentucky Street in downtown Petaluma. She also brings nature into some sessions, drawing on years of study of California cultural and natural history.
