Dry-aged steaks and seafood in a historic downtown building5224 123 East Government Street, Pensacola, FL

The District is a New American steakhouse in Seville Historic District, serving steaks and seafood in a space that combines contemporary furnishings with an Old World setting. Steaks are dry aged in an on-site temperature and humidity controlled meat locker, then flame broiled in a 1600 degree oven, and the kitchen is led by executive chef Josh Warner, who previously worked at The Grand Marlin in Pensacola.
The restaurant has a downstairs dining room and a lounge called the District Lounge, which keeps later hours on Friday and Saturday. Gift cards are available, and the private events manager handles business meetings, rehearsal dinners and family gatherings. The building at 123 East Government Street dates to 1888 and sits across the street from Rosie O'Grady's, in the heart of downtown Pensacola's historic district.
