Bill's Pizza bakes sourdough-crust pies in gas-fired brick ovens, with 22 specialty pizzas and a build-your-own option. Popular picks include the Buffalo Chicken, Carol's White Pizza and the Bill's Favorite, which uses pesto and red sauce. Caesar and Antipasto salads round out the menu, and the dough is made fresh every day.

Bill's has two locations, in Palm Springs and Palm Desert, and both offer takeout and delivery. The Palm Springs spot has patio seating with a view of the mountains. Lunch and dinner are served daily, and the bar menu includes draft beer and Italian wines, with cheap drinks on Mondays.
