Skor Construction

Skor Construction is a family-owned design-build firm that handles home and business remodels from design through finish work. Its listed services include whole home remodeling, home additions, kitchen, bathroom, basement and exterior remodeling, and commercial remodeling for restaurants, medical offices and retail spaces. The firm has been working since 2009 and is known for keeping one team accountable for permits, structural work and finishes.

Projects usually start with a discovery call and an in-person visit, followed by a written investment range before design begins. Design work is paid and coordinated with outside architect and interior design partners, and the company offers a fixed-price construction proposal and a written workmanship warranty. The company serves Chicagoland, the North Shore and the Northwest Suburbs, with Palatine among the towns it works in and an office on East Northwest Highway.
