A Plus Hardwood Floors Inc.

A Plus Hardwood Floors is a family-run flooring contractor known mainly for hardwood work: refinishing, resanding, staining, new hardwood installation, and staircase and handrail refinishing. The company also handles vinyl, laminate, tile and carpet installs, plus some trim, drywall and painting jobs. Chano Aniceto runs projects alongside his brother Israel, and the company uses Bona finishing systems and a dust-controlled sanding process.

The crew provides free estimates and written proposals that list areas, materials, preparation, finish and pricing. Qualifying projects carry a two-year workmanship warranty, and a certificate of liability insurance is available on request. The business is based at 1000 Bayside Dr in Palatine and serves homes across the northwest Chicago suburbs, including Arlington Heights, Buffalo Grove and Barrington.
