Auto repair in Palatine

Auto repair shops help when your vehicle needs mechanical or electrical work, from routine oil changes and brake service to diagnosing a check engine light. Many shops also handle engine and transmission repair, wheel alignment, steering and suspension work, tune-ups, and heating and A/C service, so you can often get several jobs done in one visit. When you're comparing shops in Palatine, IL, ask for a written estimate before any work begins, and ask whether the shop will call you for approval if it finds additional problems. Check that the technicians hold current certifications and that the shop offers a warranty on parts and labor. If your car is due for service, book a few days ahead, especially for brake or diagnostic work, so you're not stuck waiting for an opening.
