Bali Hai Spa

Bali Hai Spa offers massage treatments aimed at relaxation and stress relief. The menu includes Swedish massage, including a 90-minute session, along with deep tissue work for knots and aches, hot stone massage that uses warm, gentle heat, and reflexology focused on the feet.

The therapists say they keep up with continuing education and try new techniques. The spa is on North Quentin Road in Palatine, at the corner with West Dundee Road. Treatment rooms are private, the waiting area is comfortable, and the business says it keeps to high cleanliness standards. Walk-ins are welcome during regular business hours, and the spa is open late on some days.
