Orlando Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial arts academy offering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, a children's program that blends jiu-jitsu and judo, and strength and conditioning classes. The academy runs more than 50 classes a week for adults and children, from complete beginners to competitors, and its black belt instructors share teaching duties rather than relying on one head instructor.
The academy occupies a 15,000 square foot facility with a 3,500 square foot jiu-jitsu mat, a second Muay Thai mat, a fitness area and an 18-foot cage for private lessons. New visitors can book a facility tour or a free trial class. Classes run most weekday mornings and evenings, with shorter hours on Saturday and Sunday. The academy is on the corner of Michigan Street and Orange Avenue, just south of downtown Orlando.
