Ted & Wally's Ultra-Premium Ice Cream

Ted & Wally's makes ultra-premium ice cream from scratch with a 20% butterfat base, using real butterfat and eggs and ingredients sourced from local farmers, chefs and artisans. Each batch is churned the old-fashioned way in century-old White Mountain freezers with rock salt and ice. The shop has created nearly 3,000 unique flavors with more than 40 local producers, and the menu also includes vegan coconut-milk ice cream, sorbets and keto options.

The Old Market shop at 12th and Jackson is the original location. A Benson shop on Maple Street also serves ice cream along with dishes from A Taste of New Orleans. Both locations are open daily, with later hours on Friday and Saturday nights. Gift cards are available.
