A Hill Of Beans

A Hill of Beans is a local coffee roaster in Omaha that also runs a coffeehouse, ROAST, serving drinks and warm pastries. The roastery sells whole bean coffee in single origin, varietal, flavored and decaf blends, along with a monthly coffee subscription, brewing gear and gift boxes. Owners Martha and Dave opened the coffeehouse in 2016, and the team puts a focus on relaxed, no-fuss service.

Customers can place orders online and pick them up at the shop, and the team emails when an order is ready. The coffeehouse is open Tuesday through Saturday. Gift cards are available, and the business has been locally owned and operated since 1993.
