All in Thyme

All in Thyme is a café and bakery run inside the Cleanslate cafe space in Omaha, built around fresh ingredients and hand-crafted artisanal bread. Chef Andrew Novak, who has more than 16 years of culinary experience, bakes the signature house-made breads, and the café serves breakfast and lunch menus all day.

Bulk bread orders are now taken for all of the in-house breads, whether for a crowd or a business. Focaccia Fridays and Sourdough Saturdays bring fresh loaves on weekends, and the flavors change every week. Cheyanne Loeffler, Andrew's managing partner, leads the front of house, and the team is open to pop-up requests.
