Coneflower Creamery

Coneflower Creamery makes small-batch ice cream, waffle cones and sprinkles in its own kitchen, using farm-fresh and local ingredients. Flavors change with the season, with classics such as Vanilla Bean, Cookies and Cream, Dark Chocolate and Salted Caramel always on the menu, along with a butterbrickle nod to the Blackstone Hotel. The shop also serves cookies, ice cream sandwiches, floats and local root beer on tap.

The Blackstone location sits on Farnam Street in the Blackstone District of Omaha, across from Archetype Coffee, whose beans flavor one of the classics. The shop has locations in Omaha's Millwork Commons and in Olde Towne Elkhorn, and ice cream can be ordered online for pickup. Gift cards are available.
