CrossFit Ingenuity

CrossFit Ingenuity is a CrossFit gym in Tumwater that runs coached group workouts for people looking to build strength, lose weight and stick with a routine. The gym also offers nutrition support and a free beginner's guide to CrossFit for people who have never trained this way before.

New visitors can book a one-on-one call with a coach or come in for a complimentary trial session to meet the coaches before joining. Coaches stay hands-on through each session to guide form and pacing. The gym is open 24 hours for members, and it is located at 29th Avenue SW in Tumwater.
