COVE

COVE is a locally owned sports bar and grill with a casual, slightly elevated feel. The menu leans toward seafood and pub fare, with items like steamer clams, cod fish and chips, lobster risotto, poke bowls, crab and lobster rolls, and a range of burgers and sandwiches. It also has 16 beers on tap, wine, craft cocktails and milkshakes, and the menus rotate with monthly specials and a happy hour.

The bar shows national and local sports and hosts live music, which is announced on its social pages. It is open for dine-in and takeout, and reservations and takeout orders go through the phone line. Private events can be held in the party room. The restaurant is at 311 Capitol Way North in Olympia.
