23|Kitchens

23|Kitchens combines a restaurant, a rooftop bar and eleven pickleball courts in one fully fenced complex. The kitchen makes artisan sandwiches, salads, wraps and bowls topped with meat from its vertical rotisserie, and a self-serve Beer Wall pours beer, wine and cider while your order cooks. Craft cocktails from local distilleries are served on the rooftop, which has views of Mt. Rainier.

The backyard has lawn games, fire pits and a stage for live music, and the pro shop rents paddles and sells gear. Indoor and outdoor spaces host corporate events and private parties, and gift cards are available. The complex is in the Hogum Bay Town Center off exit 111 of I-5 in Lacey, and the restaurant is closed on Mondays.
