The business began as Grand Ave Plumbing, moved to College Avenue in 1941, and took the Harry Clark name after relocating to Piedmont Avenue. Harry Clark ran it with his wife Madeline, and since 1976 the Marshall family has owned it, with the brothers Don and Brad Marshall now running the company. Plumbing and sewer work is the focus, with an emphasis on service for neighborhood customers.
The plumbing office is on Broadway in Oakland.
