Marion Apartments

Marion Apartments rents fully furnished apartments in Brooklyn, mostly to travel nurses and other medical staff, international students, corporate travelers and visiting professionals. The owner, Gary Watford, runs the business directly as owner and operator, with no broker or booking platform in between. Stays are offered for short-term, corporate and university housing, and the apartments come with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, internet and cable TV.

Bookings are made directly with the owner by phone or email, and no booking or broker fees are charged. Guests say the Bedford-Stuyvesant apartments are a short walk from several subway lines into Manhattan. The building is at 328 Marion Street in Brooklyn, and the owner says the office is on the premises at check-in.
