Lucy Boone Ice Cream is a small batch ice cream shop that makes everything from scratch in house, using as many local ingredients as possible. The regular lineup includes Salted Butter Caramel, Cold Brew, Chocolate, Key Lime Pie, Vanilla, a vegan seasonal sorbet and Cookies & Cream, with rotating specials such as King Cake, Nutella Brownie and Strawberry Crisp.
The shop is open daily from noon to 9:30 PM at 3918 Baronne Street in New Orleans. Flavors change, so it is worth calling ahead to check what is in stock. Ice cream cakes and pies are ordered by email, and gift cards can be bought online. The business began as pint and scoop pop-ups before opening its brick and mortar shop in February 2023.
