Knowing Connection Therapy

Knowing Connection Therapy is a counseling practice led by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, offering individual, couples and family therapy. The work combines relational approaches such as Relational Life Therapy and the Gottman Method with body-based methods like Brainspotting, and specialties include marriage conflict, affair recovery, trauma and sex therapy. A therapy intensive, a half or full-day private session, is available for couples or individuals who want to make change quickly.

New clients can start with a free consultation call to talk through what they are facing and see whether the approach fits their goals. Virtual sessions are offered to individuals and couples anywhere in Texas, and new client spots are often available within one to two weeks. The office is in New Braunfels.
