Ashlee Albart LPC-S

Albart Counseling offers individual, couples and family therapy from Ashlee Albart, a licensed professional counselor who holds an MS, LPC-S and NCC credential. Her work covers depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, borderline personality disorder, trauma, sexual assault and family conflict, along with relationship struggles and emotions that feel too intense to manage.

Sessions are meant to be a nonjudgmental, safe place to explore growth, with a focus on spotting cognitive and emotional obstacles and building new perspectives and coping skills. Couples can work on communication and emotional closeness, or on strengthening a relationship that is already doing reasonably well. The practice is in New Braunfels, and Albart also supervises LPC interns in training.
