Holy Cow Idaho!

Holy Cow Idaho is a craft burger and beer restaurant built around its burgers, made with grass-fed local beef on toasted brioche buns. The menu also includes Idaho bison burgers, a Holy Rueben on sourdough rye, fish and chips battered with IPA, and mango habanero chicken wings. Sides range from beer-battered fries to kung pao Brussels sprouts, and the kitchen works with local ranchers and farms for its proteins and produce.

Food is served every day until close, and the restaurant keeps extended hours in the summer months. Beverage specials and daily specials are offered, and there is a kids' menu. The restaurant is downtown at 1226 1st Street South in Nampa.
