Dee's All Breed Grooming

Dee's All Breed Grooming is a pet grooming salon that has served Modesto since 1981, working with dogs and cats of every breed. The shop is known for its patient handling of difficult-to-groom pets and has a particular familiarity with Bichon Frise, Schnauzer and Shih Tzu coats. Services range from basic shaves and scissor cuts to baths, nail trims, ear cleaning, teeth brushing and flea treatment.

Walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows. The salon also has a self-serve pet wash for people who want to bathe their own dogs, and a small boutique selling collars, leashes, treats and shampoos. Lisa Jones, who worked at the shop for 16 years before buying it when founder Dee retired, runs the business today. It is on College Avenue in Modesto.
