Ray's Butcher Shoppe

Ray's Butcher Shoppe is a neighborhood butcher shop that has been serving customers since 1977. Its meat counter offers hand-cut steaks and premium cuts that are butchered in-house, along with smoked sausages, summer sausage and hand-sliced beef jerky that are smoked on site. The shop also runs a made-from-scratch deli and a small bakery, and it stocks wine, beer, grocery items, sauces and rubs.

Customers can shop in person or order online for pickup, and gift cards are sold year-round. Ray's is at 4640 W. Loomis Road in Greenfield, Wisconsin, and staff are often praised for helping shoppers pick the right cut for a specific recipe. Thanksgiving turkeys are a seasonal specialty.
