Millennium Windows and Sunrooms LLC

Millennium Windows and Sunrooms builds sunrooms, patio enclosures, screened rooms, porch conversions and replacement windows and doors. The company offers both conventionally built (stick built) and modular (prefab) options for three and four season additions, and also installs decks, patio covers and pergolas. It also sells Templar Screens, motorized retractable screens for patios, porches and pergolas.

Projects start with a phone consultation to talk through the vision, budget and questions, followed by a design visit, a quote and a 3D rendering. Financing with no interest for 12 months is offered through outside lenders. Millennium serves Southeastern Wisconsin from its base in West Allis.
