Elitech LLC

Elitech LLC is a family-owned appliance and TV repair company founded by Patrick Kaiser in 2010. It repairs refrigerators and freezers, washers and dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, cooktops, ranges and ovens, and flat-screen TVs from many major brands, and is factory certified for LG, Frigidaire, Criterion and Midea equipment. Most repairs are done in the customer's home, and the team aims for same-day or same-week appointments when you call early.

Technicians call ahead before arriving, carry common parts in stocked vans so many repairs finish in one visit, and give upfront pricing before any work begins. Small items such as TVs, countertop microwaves and portable air conditioners can be dropped off at the West Allis shop at a reduced rate. Repairs carry a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty, and the company does not charge for a missed diagnosis. Office hours are weekdays, with appointment windows of 8 to 12, 10 to 2 and 12 to 4.
