E & R Heating and Cooling

E & R Heating and Cooling services residential and commercial heating and cooling systems, including furnace installation and repair, central air conditioning, boilers, water heaters, thermostats, humidifiers, air-quality equipment and ductwork. The company has been family-owned and locally run since 2003 and says it works on any system that heats or cools.

E & R takes calls around the clock, with emergency visits after 5 PM and on weekends and holidays, and it offers free estimates with upfront pricing before work starts. Its service area covers Milwaukee County, and the shop is on West National Avenue in West Allis. Current offers include discounts on service calls, tune-ups and new equipment, and the company provides a 10-year parts and labor warranty on new furnaces and air conditioners.
