Fuji Sushi & Hibachi

Fuji Sushi & Hibachi serves Japanese food in Middleton, with hand-rolled sushi, sashimi, and hibachi grill dinners. Signature items include the Fuji Party Boat, Nabeyaki Udon, Shrimp Tempura, Crazy Tuna Roll and Hibachi Filet Mignon. The menu also covers soups, salads, bento boxes, noodles and a wine, beer and cocktail list.

The restaurant is at 1610 Deming Way and takes walk-ins only, with no reservations. Hibachi tables are community style, so groups may end up sharing a grill. Weekday lunch specials run until 2:30 PM, and takeout is available. Large parties can call ahead to discuss arrangements.
