C's Restaurant & Bakery is a homestyle breakfast spot where most of the food is made from scratch in house. Donna and Rudi opened it in April 1985 and later bought the old KFC building across the street for their current location. The kitchen bakes breads, pies and pastries daily and also makes soups. Each spring, Rudi's Rhubarb Week brings a full week of rhubarb dishes, starting the Monday after Mother's Day.

Breakfast is served all day, every day. The restaurant does not take reservations, and the whole party must be present to be seated. Bakery items can be ordered ahead for a specific pie or a larger amount and picked up at a set time. The restaurant is on Allen Boulevard in Middleton, and the staff are friendly and welcome new team members.
