MHK Fitness

MHK Fitness is a 24-hour gym in Manhattan, Kansas, with flexible membership options and no sign-up fees. The facility has Rogue fitness equipment, digital lockers, a water fountain and a private shower available to members. Erin Jacob and Reese Thaemert offer personal training, and Erin also teaches private Pilates Reformer sessions.

Access is through a key fob, so members can come in at any hour. Prospective members can email to schedule a tour of the fitness center or ask about activating a key fob. The gym is located in the Grand Mere Village area at 2012 Vanesta Place. It is locally owned and operated by Kyle and Nicole Wainwright, and opened in March 2019.
