Gyms in Manhattan

Gyms help you build strength, stay active and keep a regular workout routine, whether you prefer lifting on your own or following a class. Many gyms in Manhattan offer personal training, pilates, yoga, barre, dance fitness, group training and private sessions, and some also list trampoline, aerial and infrared sauna options. Before you sign up, ask whether a free trial or intro class is available so you can see the equipment, the crowd and the instructors firsthand. Also ask about cancellation terms and whether classes need advance booking, since popular time slots often fill up early in the day.
