Wisconsin REALTORS® Association

The Wisconsin REALTORS® Association is the trade group for licensed real estate agents and brokers across the state. It runs real estate licensing and continuing education courses, a legal hotline staffed by Wisconsin real estate attorneys, market data and housing reports, and lobbying on laws that affect the industry. Its charitable arm, the Wisconsin REALTORS® Foundation, gives grants to children's programs focused on food, shelter and community.

The association's office is at 4801 Forest Run Road in Madison and is open weekdays during business hours. Its legal hotline is for members only, while the education courses, forms and public-facing resources are open to anyone working in or following Wisconsin real estate. The association also hosts events such as its Summit Series sessions.
