Perennial Yoga

Perennial Yoga runs yoga studios in Fitchburg and Madison, with classes for regular practice, a 4-week yoga series, and workshops and events such as solstice and equinox gatherings. The studio also offers teacher training, including a 200-hour yoga school and a Mystery School program, along with 1:1 wellness sessions covering Ayurveda, yoga therapy, Reiki, Eden Energy Medicine, and addiction and recovery coaching.

The Fitchburg studio is inside The Agora at 5500 E. Cheryl Parkway, and the Madison studio is inside Garver Feed Mill on Garver Green. Both offer a 30-day intro offer for newcomers, and classes are booked through the schedule pages, where members can also manage their passes and memberships.
