The kitchen focuses on plant-based and pasture-raised foods, with ingredients sourced from Wisconsin farmers and producers. Weekly meal kits include a cook kit, a farm-to-freezer meal, and a ready-to-heat meal, and the deli case offers grab-and-go meals.

The deli serves dine-in and takeaway, and orders for carryout can be placed online. Meal kit subscribers can pick up or have their kits delivered, with pickup available Monday afternoons.
