Seasonal Wisconsin comfort food with Korean influences1 South Pinckney Street, Madison, WI
Graze is a seasonally driven restaurant opened in 2010 by chef Tory Miller, a James Beard Award winner. The menu leans on comfort food shaped by Wisconsin and Korean roots, built around produce and products from regional farms and producers, so dishes shift with the season. Brunch, happy hour, dinner and dessert menus are all offered, along with cocktails.
Downtown on South Pinckney Street, the dining room is large and airy, with sweeping views of the state capitol building. Brunch runs Saturday and Sunday, and weekend dinner service goes later than weeknights. Reservations can be booked online, gift cards are available in electronic and physical form, and private parties can be arranged. Co-owner Dianne Christensen works alongside Miller to run the restaurant.
