Forage Kitchen

Forage Kitchen is a health-conscious restaurant in downtown Madison that builds grain bowls, kitchen salads and soups from scratch. The grain bowls are the core of the menu, with options like the Asian BBQ Bowl, Mole Bowl and Tuna Poke Bowl, built on organic black rice or greens. Seasonal specials rotate, and a house-made date bar and a range of bottled drinks round out the offerings.

You can order online or at the counter, and the kitchen also caters events with a fresh spread. Gift cards are available. The restaurant is at State and Lake Corner on State Street, and it sources from Wisconsin farms and vendors where it can.
