Fin Sushi

Fin Sushi is a fast-casual sushi restaurant that has been serving made-to-order sushi since 2013. The menu centers on rolls and sushi prepared with fresh ingredients, and the business describes its approach as blending tradition with creative combinations.

The first location is on the west side of Madison at 610 Junction Road, in a shopping plaza setting. A second location has opened in Sun Prairie. Online ordering is available through the website, and the restaurant suits a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner with friends.
